An ashtray is basically a small container which is used to store the ash that is formed when you smoke tobacco through a cigar or a cigarette. It may be just that and nothing more if you are smoking a cigarette, but if you are someone who loves to smoke cigars, you will consider an ashtray to be more important than that. You may even consider your ashtray to be a unique place to support the body of your cigar and to place the ash into. The reason that you should always be sure of the size of an ashtray is that cigars vary in size and must choose something that is large enough to rest your particular type of cigars. It is better to buy something that is quite large to be safe as you may change your type later on to a larger variety. While there are passionate and rich smokers of the cigar who would only smoke with an antique ashtray, there are other options also. If you are not so strict about your ashtray’s origin, then you would be able to find well-made ashtrays in a flea market. Just go online if the local shops are unable to give you what you want and if you really are enthusiastic enough, then go to an antique store and make a good deal on that unique piece of tradition.
